What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as the product is in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. You will need a receipt. You can make a return request by emailing info@huggeshoppi.fi. We will notify you of approved returns and refund your payment within 10 business days. Some products cannot be returned.
The return will cost you €4.90.
Do I need to register before ordering?
No need! If you want your address information to be saved for your next order, then you must register.
Can I modify my order afterwards?
Yes! If your order has not yet shipped, there is nothing stopping you from editing it. To edit your order, please contact us: info@huggeshoppi.fi

Where is your store located? What are its opening hours?
Our store is located in the center of Tornio on a pedestrian street at Hallituskatu 4, Tornio. We are open as follows:

When will I receive my order?
Orders are usually packed and shipped the same day, but no later than 3 days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method and order size. (€5.90 - €19.90) Free shipping is available for orders over €100.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Finland.
